This event promoted by the British Cycling talent development team in partnership with regional staff. Development Centres support riders with their first step on the talent pathway as well as current riders who have been engaged in RSR and Apprentice programmes and will be much more closely linked to pathway with regular attendance and support from the British Cycling Talent Development Coaches
These sessions are primarily for riders competing as a Youth A or B in the 2020 season, although Junior riders may also attend. The sessions consist of progressive training exercises driven by challenging the physical and technical needs identified in the region.
The sessions will have different ability groups so are very inclusive but please contact me if you have questions on rider suitability.
Riders should treat the session like a two hour road ride and be suitably equipped, 2 bottles, food, race cape, spare tube and a pump is the minimum. The session will run in all weather conditions other than snow so please bring suitable clothing again contact me with any questions.
The coaches reserve the right to refuse entry for any riders not suitably dressed for the weather.
Entry is online ONLY, no entries will be accepted on the night.
