We're thrilled to announce the return of Cogsets Saturday morning sessions at the Salt Ayre cycle track on March 30th.
For the year 2024, CogSet membership is facilitated through the Spond app. To complete your annual membership and sign up for coaching sessions, please ensure you register on the Club Administration App 'Spond.'

It's crucial to be registered on Spond before the Saturday morning sessions, as we'll be processing payments through this app.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but this change is aimed at streamlining processes for all our dedicated volunteers.
Sessions will run from 10 AM to 12 PM, with riders expected to arrive by 9:50 AM for sign-in and to be ready to start riding at 10.
